SHIPPING AND RETURNS

RETURN OF GOODS 

1 All Sale Items are Final Sale.  To return a  Full Price Product purchased on the Website, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@pologeorgis.com with your order number and the reason for your return.  

 

2 Your item must be shipped to us within 5 days of receiving your RA number. We will accept returns on full­priced merchandise with their original packaging and tickets. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition.

 

3 Approved returns and refunds may only issued in the same form as payment. We only offer exchanges for alternate sizes within the same style as the order originally placed.

 

4 Pologeorgis takes special care to handcraft unique Products. While all items are closely quality controlled, if you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please email sales@pologeorgis.com immediately and we can assist you.

6 International orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
We offer several convenient shipping methods for online orders:
 
1. FREE Standard Ground Shipping over $200
    Delivery Times*: 5 ­- 10 Business Days

 

2. 2­ Day Delivery
    Delivery Times*: 2 - 3 Business Days**

 

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days. International shipping may take longer due to customs.
 
You can track your order at any time online through your Fedex tracking code located on your emailed receipt.  
 
Multiple Shipments:
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat­rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.

 

Special Items:
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship items made of exotic skins to California.
